To register with LAK Forensics we would require you to come and meet with us at the Leeds Head office. We can meet you and easily verify your documents with our Compliance team. We are just a 5 minutes’ walk from the Leeds Railway station and based in Leeds vibrant city centre- why not make a day of it!

 

We also have an office in Congleton, Cheshire if this is more convenient for you. Alternatively we can arrange for you to visit our clients offices to have your documents verified, or one of our remote compliance officers may be able to help.

 

The documents we would need you to bring with you include;

• CV

• x2 referee contact details

• Professional registration

• Annual Mandatory Training certificate

• Original Passport

• National Insurance Number

• Driving Licence

• x2 passport pictures (ID Badge)

 

We will conduct an interview with you to find out exactly the kind of work that you are interested in doing and how we can help you achieve this type of employment. This may also include any specific training you require and courses you may be interested in doing.

 

Once LAK forensics compliance team have approved your file for work we will then send your file to the client for approval with your permission. The next stage is to register you online and send you through police clearance. This can take up to 2 weeks.

 

If you are a Nurse or Paramedic that has not worked with Forensics or within a Police Custody setting – Do not fear- We have a service where we can offer PAID shadow shifts / training until you have been signed off as competent by the client. They will also offer on going training and support in your role.
